This new feature is part of our commitment to enhancing the comfort and well-being of our guests, by offering them a truly relaxing experience at our campsite.

“Hello everyone,
I’m delighted to welcome you for a wellness break at Le Goulet campsite. My name is Audrey and I’m certified in Hawaiian massage and Ayurvedic facial massage with Tibetan bowl.
During your stay, I offer hour-long massage sessions, specially designed to promote relaxation, loosen muscles and harmonize energies.
Hawaiian massage (Lomi-Lomi)
Hawaiian modeling, also known as Lomi-Lomi, is an ancestral technique inspired by Polynesian tradition. It is characterized by long, fluid, enveloping strokes performed with the forearms and hands, reminiscent of the ebb and flow of ocean waves. This massage aims to rebalance the body’s energy and bring deep physical and emotional relaxation.
Tibetan bowl massage
Tibetan bowl modeling is a vibratory technique that uses the sounds and frequencies emitted by a metal singing bowl. Placed on or near the body, the bowl is struck or rubbed to diffuse sound waves that harmonize energies and promote deep relaxation. This massage is particularly appreciated for relieving stress, rebalancing the chakras and improving the circulation of vital energy.
Ayurvedic Facial Modeling
Derived from Indian tradition, Ayurvedic facial sculpting aims to stimulate energy points (marmas) to improve blood circulation, promote radiant skin and relax facial tension. The result is a rejuvenating, relaxing and harmonizing effect.
